They are very helpful. Karl was awesome! So helpful and kind. He helped us with our windshield wipers, selecting the right ones and helping install them. He provided great customer service. He is very personable with a great sense of humor . They're lucky to have him! Thank you!

Love this autozone. The staff is very helpful, and they are open 24 hrs a day. I needed a new battery today, and I was in and out with my new battery installed in 10-12 minutes. There are also mechanics always available in the parking lot ready to help with reasonable rates. Sal and Cemetery (not a typo) have helped me several times.

This location never disappoints! The staff is always extremely friendly and professional with a great sense of humor and humility. From the General Manager to the front desk the service was fantastic. Purchased a set of turning signal bulbs and a license plate holder. Was allowed to borrow a Phillips screwdriver. Had issues with the bulb installation and Patrick offered to help with no prompting or hesitation in 30 degree weather. This location is the Gold Standard for AutoZone. Thank you, gentleman!

Very very nice staff and very helpful, the lady helped me to replace the windshield wipers which other places won't do that for the customers... Thank you very much to the young lady with the short hair cut who works there ( sorry I didn't get her name) , very very nice & she would go out of her way to help the customers.

Just stopped by and these guys really care about people. Especially people that live in the neighborhood. The manager and cashier were very firm but friendly. Nothing but thankful for people like them and need to keep this place bc it’s necessary for Hyde Park/Bronzeville area.

Both ladies working were able to assist me in a timely manner and educated me about the type of battery needed for my key fob.
