Good sleep starts here! I was originally going to purchase a mattress on the website but decided to visit the store beforehand to test out a few. I'm so glad I did! Nicole was our Sleep Expert and made great suggestions based on how I sleep, and steered me in the right direction compared to what I had originally intended to purchase. She explained the differences in the spring types and helped me find the perfect mattress, as there were so many options to choose from on the website and she knew which floor models to compare them to. Nicole got us extremely fast delivery for free, and even went above and beyond to help me the next day when I had a concern. Erick delivered the mattress the following day with great service and much care. I am now sleeping 100 times better than I did with my old Ikea bed, no more back pain, and my new mattress is awesome! Thank you Nicole, Erick, and team.

We just upgraded to a king size mattress with an adjustable base. The customer service (provided by Marco) during our visit was top notch. Marco took the time to show us several options, answer all of our questions, and provide tips and recommendations. Overall, it was a great shopping experience that I would definitely recommend. Now we’re just hoping that the bed feels as good at home as it did in the store.

Outstanding experience. Kirsten was knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful in assisting us with our purchase. We went to try out a particular mattress but ended up with a better value after trying the mattresses in store and getting the superb level of information from Kirsten. Highly recommended store if you are shopping for a new mattress.

I had a great experience at SleePare! So convenient to be able to try these mattresses in person, and saved me a bunch of money on a more expensive competitor, but I wouldn’t have ordered the Helix online without being able to try it out. Big thanks to Kirsten for her help! Very knowledgeable, helpful, professional and polite.

My husband and I went to shop for pillows today. We both have very different preferences. Don walked us through the various options and was very helpful in our decision making process. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. His guidance led us towards two that we are very excited to take home and try. This is our first tempur-pedic purchase and we will likely return mostly for the great customer service Don provides.
