We used MK for a major exterior project at our hotel. As usual with large projects issues and challenges arose that were no fault of MK. They worked through every issue and used their experience and resources to resolve every issue that arose. They completed the job on time and within budget and we are very happy with the end result. The Project Manager Marek is one of the most patient people we have ever dealt with and he is a problem solver. We highly recommend them.

Top end craftsmanship. MK did a stellar job building our custom home and they delivered on schedule. Project Manager Tom was a pleasure to work with as he navigated us through what was a very busy construction season. With their Chicago area expertise I would highly recommend MK Construction for all new construction and rehab needs.

Just did a bathroom renovation!! Wow! Clean, professional and followed through all tasks. Always a pleasure working with MK Construction. Arek’s team are great.

MAYA CONSTRUCTION GROUP REVIEWS

We finished our kitchen remodeling within 2 months with Maya Construction. The entire project couldn't have gone more smooth. The old kitchen was completely demoed. We opened up the floor plan to extend the kitchen into the small bedroom right next to the kitchen, reconfigured the countertop layout, moved the opening into the porch, replaced a rotted-out pipe behind the kitchen wall. It was a lot of work and these guys worked non-stop and efficiently. Stanley and his crew are here on time first thing in the morning and worked long hours into the early evening. Ofer is always available if we have any questions. They're very responsive to our requests during the project, we asked if we could add an extra line of heating/cooling to the attic and it was done within that day. The kitchen came out so great, we couldn't be happier. We'd definitely be willing to come back to them for our next project.

We used Maya Construction for our cabinet installation after ordering the cabinets from Planet Cabinets, and we're extremely happy with their work. They finished in about two days and did a great job. We had one issue with our paneled fridge, but they helped us get the look we were looking for.

Highly recommend Maya Construction! We just wrapped up reno on a 1br/1ba condo and it came out beautifully, on budget and ahead of schedule! Udi and his team did an amazing job. And we live out of town so all of this was done remotely, they were awesome.

Their work is absolutely amazing & professional!… …Since we moved into our house approx 2 yrs ago we have had a total of 8 rooms painted (all different colors). Half of those were darker colors. We have white baseboards and a white ceiling, so any flaws would be noticeable, and there none. Also, I’m a clean freak & they kept everything covered while working & left no mess behind. Vidal, who gives the quotes & schedules, is very courteous, friendly and professional as are all the painters. I believe they’ve all been with the company many years. And Mitch, who I believe is the owner of the company is great to work with as well. They will work with you to get the job done when you need it too. I look forward to working with them again & could not recommend them more.

A lot of builders had ideas but Kapan really helped us make choices and pulled them together in a way that the other builders could not. But it wasn’t just the design which was great and captured what we wanted, Mitch’s team and Krzyzstof made it happen. The craftsmanship was excellent… They exceeded our expectations. I give them a 10 out of 10.

We love our new fireplace. The design was great. It was very easy to work with Habitar. Mitch made sure they stayed on schedule. They did what they said they were going to do. The craftsmanship was exceptional. We’re very pleased to work, and that’s the truth. We’ve been telling everyone.
