HYATT REGENCY CHICAGO REVIEWS
Front desk personnel were very professional and nice. It's always a pleasant experience to be greeted with a smile upon check in. Hotel was very clean and atmosphere is up to date and modern. Pool however was closed, which I wish I was aware of as that was a main reason for our visit. Polkafest was occurring which brings many people here so a bit busier than usual. Breakfast servers were great and right there to fill coffee or refill orange juice. Great choice selection for food including eggs, bacon, hash brows, turkey sausage, array of fruit, yogurt and so many pastries! Just wish it was a bit less crowded as it set off my autistic child whom we traveled with so mostly in our room.
I stayed at this hotel because of a conference being held here. I had an awesome time from check-in to check-out. The view was awesome, my bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was great. No complaints about the room or my time at this hotel. I come to Chicago every so often. I would stay here again after my experience.
I was in town visiting for a conference and had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location was great, easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The rooms were very modern with large TV’s, and their breakfast was great! I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return in the future.

PALMER HOUSE A HILTON HOTEL REVIEWS
We enjoyed our stay at the Palmer House! This hotel is known for its stunning lobby which does not disappoint in person. Hotel is in a great location and a quick walk to many attractions. Room was clean but a little dated, outlets in the bedside lamps were loose and I could not use them to charge my phone. One negative from our stay was the walls are thin, I was winding down for the night and could clearly hear our neighboring room arriving into their room- I could even hear them unzipping their suitcases and could hear their voices at a normal speaking voice.
Stayed here for the first time the week before Christmas. Cannot say enough great things about it! The entire place was impeccably decorated for the holidays. Every staff member that we encountered was more than pleasant and helpful. We had a corner room with windows on both outside walls, the blackout curtains were fantastic, they completely darkened the room even in the middle of the day. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and tidy. Will definitely stay here again.
We are just home last night from our stay. Such fun to sink into history for a few days. Rooms are dated, but still huge, beautiful, and well-maintained. Staff is over-the-top friendly, helpful, and personal. This is a place for a STAY, not an off-the- highway hotel on a road trip. Suggestion: We aren't old enough to need these yet, but the very tall tub with shower within could use a grab bar or two.

SWISSOTEL CHICAGO REVIEWS
I stayed for a work conference. They were able to accommodate many of us that had to arrive early due to flights and the service was top notch. The location is perfect and close to all the places I enjoy when in Chicago. The space is clean and updated. The only complaint and really more a suggestion is that the solar effect makes your room very warm. I would suggest closing the blackout curtains before you leave in the morning and turning your air down. Small trade off for the view and location though.
The most amazing part of my stay was the view!! The room and staff were also great!! The complimentary chocolates and hand written note were a nice touch as well. Valet is a little pricey, but worth it. I would definitely recommend staying here and getting the premier corner suite overlooking the lake if it's within your budget!
Very nice hotel. The view is pretty, there's not-too-expensive parking garages nearby (might I suggest Aqua which is connected!), the room was nice and clean, there's a gym (although they no longer have a pool), the staff was all really friendly, and the location is pretty good. I definitely recommend.
