The rooms are comfortable and well decorated. There's a concierge tablet to guide your visit. The service was very helpful in sorting out any issues. This hotel is in a fantastic centralized spot, making many of the main attractions walkable. The only snag we ran into was where to park. Don't go to the parking lot beneath the hotel if you don't want to pay extra. There are cheaper garages nearby that cost less.

I’ll be back! Perfect hotel for groups. We spent a lot of time in their gorgeous lobby drinking the best Old Fashioned I’ve ever had! Service at the bar was quick as we were in and out a lot. The staff was very attentive and they had thee best brownies!! The pool and sauna were definitely utilized, super relaxing. No need to leave for breakfast as the restaurant had plenty to choose from, we ate there every morning!

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The service was excellent and all the staff were extremely friendly and made a point to greet us. The spa was lovely. Most importantly, the beds were SO comfortable. If I had one critique, it would be that the bathrooms are lacking surface area for toiletries. I’ve seen worse though — it’s an historic building with smaller room footprints and they have done a decent job with the space.

This is one of the best locations in Chicago. The views of the river are fantastic, and the staff is excellent. The restaurants attached to this location are also great. Even the elevators are amazing—you punch in what floor you’re going to or what location you need, and that’s it; you have an elevator in seconds. Because there are several elevators, you’re never waiting a long time. Since this is a huge hotel with lots of rooms, the amenities are beyond amazing. You can even order breakfast the night before and have it delivered on your schedule if you don’t want to make your way to the restaurant.

We celebrated our 53rd anniversary in the most magical hotel by far! Mauve greeted us upon arrival and was very pleasant; she gave us tips on the rooftop bar and breakfast spots. I must give a huge shout-out to Edward, our amazingly wonderful and friendly concierge, for his attitude and energy! Between his personality and the amazing beauty of our room and the view, we will definitely return. Our stay was simply spectacular!

My wife and I spent 3 nights here and loved this hotel. Beautiful rooms, well thought out amenities. And the location is perfect for enjoying the downtown/river area.
