3 Best Gift Shops in Chicago, IL

This is one of my favorite spots for shopping whenever I'm in Chicago. It's my go-to place for finding one-of-a-kind clothes and presents. This store carries a large selection of different kinds of gift items. They sell a wide variety of distinctive items, including puzzles, jewelry, and greeting cards suited to a diverse range of personalities, among other things. The shop may not be very large, but it is jam-packed with a wide variety of products, any of which could be used as a starting point for a creative gift idea. Every item in this store has its own unique quality, and the customer service that they offer is unmatched. The people working in customer service are always understanding, precise, and friendly. Over the course of the past few years, I've been there quite a few times, and each and every time, I've found the staff to be so helpful and accommodating in any way! A wonderful place to shop for presents for those you care about, as well as for something unique for yourself. You guys might want to give it a shot as well.

I would caution against letting this store gift wrap when they’re busy. The ornament I bought was broken on the corner when the recipient opened the gift. Of course she was too gracious to let me take it back since she really loved the ornament and chose to hang it broken. Better to take it and wrap it properly yourself. Update: 5 stars! The ornament was replaced and sent to the receiver. And the communication was excellent. They even corrected my mistake when I transposed the address. Thanks for great customer service.

I always look forward to visiting this business. They have the most eclectic and fun things to take home. I recently had a pen set exchanged because of a small flaw. The support people were supportive. I enjoy Hazel.

Love this local shop! Always fun exploring all the cute and quirky treasures they have to offer. The most recent time I visited, I had an exceptional experience with one of the staff members, Anna. I initially went to the cashier to stand by a friend who was checking out, but saw some beautifully unique earrings in the glass box and asked about them. Anna was kind and personable and answered my questions about the earrings and showed me the various pairs they had. Overall Anna made my experience feel personal and cared for, and of course I bought the earrings. She even wrote down the name of the small business that made the earrings on a post it note when I casually asked who made them. Made my whole evening.

Would recommend for any deco lovers who like cute and unique pieces for their house. I got a couple items this time, but I’ll be going back to add more to my collection. Besides stationary and jewelry, they carry a variety of crystals as well. They have many cool items for gifts and deco. Make sure to stop by the shop and look and the cool selection.

This store fills me with joy! So much beautiful art and during fall spooky figurines and decor, beautiful notebooks, earrings… so much to see! I highly recommend.
