I won’t lie, I don’t live here, but I really wish I did. The area- fantastic, the building-lovely, the people- amazing. You might even call it a hidden gem. I recently toured a few units and ended up having to go in another direction due to the distance from my new workplace. I worked with Mallory and she made the hour I was there one of the most enjoyable I’d had all weekend. She was knowledgeable, humorous, and down to earth. She wasn’t trying to sell me but she had a conversation with me about what I needed. If you’re looking at touring- I’d ask for Mallory, you can’t go wrong.

My experience has been great with Tides. The leasing agents are all so kind. Management is also very accommodating whenever I have billing questions. If you are not familiar with lakeshore East park, I highly recommend checking it out. It is a unique hidden park just north of busy millennium park and shockingly quiet for being so close to everything.

I had a great experience moving into Tides at lakeshore east. James Chaney was the leasing agent who signed me on. He showed me some great units and made the transition very smooth. There was no pressure to select any particular unit, and the timing was perfect. I have lived here for a few months and am glad I made the decision. Moving into the Alta Roosevelt has been a perfect Chicago experience for us. In an amazing and beautiful building you get all the amenities you could need. There is a convenient cafe downstairs and it’s a very short walk to the downtown area and the lake. The layout of the apartments and the appliances are all updated and good quality. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful whenever you need it. We always feel safe and secure with 24 hour door staff. Our leasing agent Danielle has been there to help us with any concerns and issue we’ve had and responds promptly. I’d recommend any new tenants coming in to try and book with her because of her professionalism and drive to help the residents here. You will definitely love life here at the Alta Roosevelt!!.

I loved my time at this property. The building is beautiful and is very well kept. Maintenance is very prompt and friendly. The units are spacious and great quality. My initial tour was conducted by Styles, who impressed me with his delivery and professionalism. He also assisted with the majority of my inquiries during my stay and always did a stellar job. Staff and management is overall excellent. I frequently used the gym which was always in good condition. The cherry on top is that Printers Row is a lovely neighborhood! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking in the area.

I've lived at The Elle (formerly Alta Roosevelt) since 2019 in two different units, and I LOVE living here! Everything is excellent including the: apartment, finishes, appliances, building, the views, amenities, location, staff, and maintenance. Everyday day, I am greeted by the wonderful concierge staff (who know me and my dog personally), and anytime I need anything, the maintenance staff are easy to reach, arrive quickly, and do a great job. Management staff truly cares for me and the well being of the building. All of this makes The Elle my home!.
