This company is great at communicating, I was always able to call and speak to somebody almost immediately about my vehicle. Their communication strategies also include emails and text messages, which can be very convenient when trying to work through a repair process.They gave a fair assessment of the work needed and an accurate estimate of cost. No extra fees tagged on at the end or hidden costs discovered during the process. The work that was done was done well and has held up over time. In the end they even gave me advice that reached outside of their own shop to make sure that I was able to save money and maintain my vehicle moving forward.

Excellent customer service! Office is very clean and nice to wait in while me and my daughter waited for our jeep. One thing I didn't see there that I was very impressed with was the fact the employees were not standing around gossiping and talk about other people! That seems to be a trend now at many establishments I visit! Christian Brothers was very friendly with each other and the customers in and out of the office!

At the end of the day, they always make things right and take care of the customer. They also have an awesome service to get you home if you live with 10 miles of shop
