I recently purchased a pre-owned car from Toyota of Tampa Bay, and the whole process couldn't have been easier! I found the car I was interested in on their website and inquired about it. Within minutes, I had an appointment set up to meet Austin, the salesman to test drive and see the car. From walking in the door, to leaving the lot in my new-to-me car, the entire process took less than 2.5 hours. Absolutely the quickest and least painful experience I've ever had with a dealership. But what made it so was Austin. He was super upfront about everything, nice, sincere, not pushy at all. The entire team I dealt with were also very professional, nice, and accommodating. They really made the entire experience so easy that I'm planning to drive the extra distance to come back to this dealership over closer ones when I have car needs in the future. I had the best experience ever at Brandon Honda of Tampa. The place was so well kept and clean and air conditioned Lol. From the moment I made an inquiry to driving off the lot in my new suv, it was absolutely pleasant and hassle free. No one was aggressively pursuing me for a sale, I received a welcome text and personal video of the vehicle I inquired about from Fernando Robles. Listen, everyone I encountered was pleasant and professional but Fernando was amazing. He was honest about everything and was so personable. He even included my kids in the process. I let him know my son was very tall and autistic so we needed space. Fernando came through! Please go see him if you’re looking for a new car.

The entire process from contacting the dealership interested in the used cars seen on the Internet, to meeting Emad, he was very pleasant and genuine. He listened to my needs and wants. They helped me find a brand NEW car I love and between him and Mohammad Essa the manager they worked out a deal for me. I’m overly happy and more than satisfied with the care and relationship I’ve started with them at Brandon Honda. I will refer all my family, friends, and acquaintances to them no questions about that.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE FROM THE START! We walked into the showroom and a young man by the name of Alex got up from his desk with a big smile on his face and asked how he could help us. He was amazing from the start! He showed us the vehicles that we were initially interested in. We were not able to make the numbers work with the vehicle we were looking at, but he continued to work with us to find one that fit our needs and budget. The entire team was great! From getting us a fair trade in price on our previous vehicle to final finance with Faraz, the experience was pleasant, easy, and a win.
