I’m so glad I called Onsite! Right from the start, Jason was so helpful in assuring me that they would get our job done by Xmas, on a super short timeline, when these services were/are in such high demand in Tampa Bay. From then, we mostly dealt with Amy, who was amazing - text, call, email, always with a quick and helpful response. The crew involved various people but they were ALL so nice and professional. They worked so hard and late to get everything done and get it done well. They were totally professional, making sure everything was done right and cleaned up and complete. We really appreciated their diligence. They had an incredible work ethic and were very committed to the work. They made sure we were happy and everything was done to a high standard. A few days later, Jason emailed to make sure we were completely satisfied. We found some outstanding minor work that needed fixing and without hesitation, they were on top of it, taking care of it immediately and doing a nice job!.

Jason, Jill and their team at Onsite Construction & Restoration did a great job helping me resolve a permit violation on a driveway project in the City of Tampa. They were very responsive and stayed on top of all communications with the city department. They got a new site plan done with their architect and the paver team made the necessary repairs to the driveway to pass all city inspections and remove the code violation. I would highly recommend them for small or much larger renovation jobs. If I ever have a remodel project at another house in the area, Jason and his team will be my first call !.

We worked with Cogdill Builders to build a 1,250 square ft. pool cabana (custom accessory structure) on our Seminole Heights property and Mike Cogdill was a great partner and guide. Mike works with you where you are - if you want to save money he will help; if you want to build a palace, he will get it done. This was a difficult project from the start due to narrow access to the back of our lot and then we had covid issues to deal with. Mike and his team were all great to work with through a challenging process and we couldn't be happier with the end result. If you are building a home in the Tampa Bay Area, I recommend that you talk to Mike as early as possible in the process and give him a shot.

We recently built our first home with Mike and what a great experience it was. He is available and knowledgeable. He has tips to keep your home simple to keep costs down, or make it as elaborate as you want. It truly was a custom experience. He was very forward with us and allowed us to meet with all of his contractors to explain what we wanted. He lets you be apart of the process as much as you want to be. When we had county concerns, Mike was never overwhelmed and got it done. He built us a beautiful home.

From start to finish Mike walked us through every step and kept us well informed. Even tho, comparing to his other projects, ours was small, he treated our dream home construction with care and it showed throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Cogdill Builders!
