Since she lives out of town, I wasn’t sure what to expect regarding timing or availability, but the experience exceeded my expectations. Breezy greeted me warmly and was incredibly helpful—providing values for each piece, cleaning some items, offering options, helping sort costume jewelry, and even suggesting donation options. We chose to repair one piece, and within a week I received a text that it was ready. When I returned, the store was busy, yet Breezy acknowledged me right away and kept me informed of a brief wait. She clearly explained the repair and how to inspect the piece. The repaired item looked beautiful and was thoughtfully wrapped. This is the best place for all custom jewelry! I came in with just a vision of what I wanted and they made it come to life!
