I chose New South windows to replace 19 windows in my house. The price was the best price of all quotes. The quality of the windows is excellent. Tito’s crew installed and finished the job in 2 days. They were 3 of the nicest men who respected my property and the 4 dogs that live here! (That can sometimes be a challenge). They cleaned everything up before they left and made sure I knew all the functions of the new windows. I would definitely recommend New South windows to anyone who plans to replace their windows! About 2 months after the install my cat pushed out the window screen. I called them up and they came next day to fix it no hassle and no charge. They are a great company with amazing people!

From start to finish I was very happy with professionals that listened and explained in detail the process. My windows were installed and everything was cleaned to include vacuuming the area. I am partly through the installation process, the doors are exception, the installers were punctual, skilled and the job site was left neat and tidy. New framing and trim provide much needed upgrades, safety and protection from the weather to my older home. Brian’s visit to review the install and prepare for permit inspection was extremely helpful in understanding next steps and capturing punch list items for the final crew to complete once the inspection has occurred.
