Candi was my salesperson today, she greeted me as soon as i walked in the door and was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the items in the store. Her dedication to customer service exceeded my expectations as she took her time asking me questions to narrow down which bed would be best for my sleeping style. In the end we went with a bed I’d never even consider and am glad I did, she was also able to locate a set in their returns warehouse which granted me a great discount. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my trip to the store today. Candi was amazing from the first interaction to the last.

Who knew shopping for a mattress would be so informative, fun and helpful?! I am dealing with a spinal cord situation and needed to replace my mattress to get some relief. I appreciate the detailed explanation and patience as I tried many mattresses. The shopping experience far exceeded my expectations and not only did I get the PERFECT measure for my condition, I upgraded in size and got a new headboard. I am so grateful I walked in - better nights are on the way.

My experience was the best. Todd and Alex were knowledgeable, understandable compassionate to my needs, and willing to go overboard to satisfy my requirements. I would recommend them and would not consider buying a mattress from anyone else. as a footnote, their prices were very competitive and very fair, and the quality of the mattress that they sold me seems to be top-notch. All in all a 10 star experience.

John from the Sleep Number Bed in the Carrollwood store was incredibly helpful. I was attempting to find a replacement remote for a bed that was purchased by my deceased father. John took the time to research and find the order that my dad had made and then told me which model remote I would need. When I replace my Sleep Number Bed, I definitely will use this store to do so.

Had a great experience at the Westshore location! Dan explained everything about the sleep number. Tested 3 different sleep number beds my preference was the ILE. Would definitely recommend if you are in the market go see Dan.

We had a great experience. Our salesperson was informative, we loved the features of the product and we bought it right away. We had some further questions the next day and they were very helpful.
