I would give this more stars if it allowed me!! From the moment I walked into the store, I was met with warm smiles and an incredible level of service. I had the pleasure of working primarily with Ricky, and let me tell you—his customer service is out of this world! He treated me with genuine respect, provided honest advice, and went above and beyond to assist me. Even when I made a mistake with the square footage the second time around, he stepped in once again with patience and care, ensuring everything was perfect. I was so impressed that I drove all the way from Clearwater to Tampa because the Clearwater location didn’t have what I needed. And after this experience, I’ll gladly make that drive every time! The level of professionalism and kindness I encountered here is rare. As a business owner myself, I know how hard it is to find employees who truly care, and this entire establishment exceeded every expectation. If anyone ever has anything negative to say about this store, I can confidently say they had the complete opposite experience of mine. Every single person I interacted with was exceptional, and Ricky He’s a rock star. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Ricky rocks! He was so helpful. Immediately came in and gave me help that I needed and really worked and got a wonderful price. I come here often and he’s the best I’ve ever worked with here and would always ask for him if I come again.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with The Carpet Store on several projects, and I can’t recommend them enough! Clara is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly, honest. They have a great variety of carpets and flooring options that suit any budget, making it easy to find the perfect fit for each project. I’ve referred all my family, friends and clients to them for years because I trust their expertise and know they’ll get excellent service. They are affordable, carry high-quality products and offer great customer care.

Love my new floor. Clara was so helpful in making our selections and had some great ideas. Their installation team would get 10 stars if I could. Worked hard and did an amazing job. Hurricane Helene delayed them so they worked all day Sunday to get it done so we could get home. Thank you. I would definitely recommend The Carpet Store if you need any type of flooring.

Rafael was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, we were able to outfit our office with the right material which looks great and stands up to wear and tear. They also supplied price for install, which we took them up on, and they did a great job.

PERFECT CHOICE FLOORING REVIEWS

Perfect Choice Flooring installed our herringbone hardwood floors in June and kitchen backsplash in October. The entire process with the company was seamless and caused no hassle at all. Matthew and Christian are professional and easy to deal with. The flooring work took about eight days to complete (our condo is around 2,400 square feet). That includes demo and installation. The backsplash was done in just a few hours over two days. Both projects came out awesome with better-than-expected results. The flooring and backsplash completely change the look of the condo — for the better, definitely increasing the value. I highly recommend Perfect Choice Flooring if you’re in the Tampa area.

Perfect choice flooring did a great job. Their people were polite, on time and all about the job. They cleaned up after themselves everyday before leaving making sure the house was still livable for us. Our floor looks great.
