Both Furrin staff and technicians rock! They provide excellent car repairs and maintenance, and just as important Furrin has excellent customer service. They will tell it to you like it is to ensure you have adequate info to make an informed decision so you know rather to proceed with a major repair or not. They also educate you about how to best care for your foreign (European) car, in other words suggested maintenance to prolong the life of your car's engine. I know, trying a new mechanic shop can be scary. But, rest assured Furrin is the shop to use and my preferred choice (even over the dealership)! The major repair performed on my car (turbo replacement) by Furrin was well worth it. Let's just say it made driving my car quite fun again! And, today's oil change by Furrin will help prolong my engine.
