Robert Charles arrived very quickly. He was kind and very knowledgeable about his job. Discussed with me about my tire concerns. Advised me to see a mechanic soon. My tire had a hole in the side of it. Had to replace the tire. Robert Charles was correct with his information. Thanks again Mr. Charles.

I was locked out of my car and called Pop-A-Lock for help. The technician arrived quickly, was super professional, and had me back inside my car in no time. Robert Charles was friendly and efficient, I highly recommend and appreciate the service.

Dustin came out and helped me with my flat tire. He was courteous and communicated well. It was dusk when he arrived and he was equipped with his own light - he took care of everything. I am sooo appreciative!!.

Michael was amazingggggg , I misplaced my Nissan 2023 Altima key and he was able to reprogram proxy key push to start and he even gave me a FREE spare key quickly and efficiently. He made sure both key functions were working properly before leaving including the auto start feature and just made my day 10x better overall. I definitely recommend this company for any and all of your locksmith services they will go above and beyond to make sure you are a satisfied customer.

I needed new keys for my car since mine had got stolen, he drove an hour and 10 mins to make me a key and it was a very good price. He is very kind and i’m greatly satisfied with the service he provided in a short amount of time. Mr. Michael made me a hard key and a key fob and reprogrammed both to my car. I definetly recommend him.

I had droped my car key on the pavement and damaged it and as a result my car wouldn’t start anymore. I gave Lockstar a call and a nice guy by the name of Michael got here pretty fast and got me right. Good job and i appreciate the quick service.

This is an outstanding locksmith who is also a genuinely kind human being. I locked my keys in the car by accident. It was pretty late and we tried reaching at least five locksmiths here in Tallahassee after hours and they were all either bots where you couldn’t reach a real person or overpriced. This locksmith was here in under a half hour and very reasonably priced. CALL HIM!
