PARKWAY WRECKER SERVICE, INC REVIEWS

Very professional company and driver. Not only was Donny very courteous and helpful, but he also told me about nearby mechanic shops and named one he prefers, since I'm from out of town I don't know of any good or trustworthy places. The fee was unbelievably low, compared to one company wanting to charge me $200 to just come out. Luckily it was just a short distance that I needed to be towed but Donny was great with getting me back to my apartment in a safe manner. I will use this company again and most definitely will ask for Donny again.

Had an unbelievable experience with Parkway towing. We broke down on the side of the interstate and Tim called us immediately and was on site in less than 20 min!! He was extremely nice and beyond professional. He drove us to the dealership and then offered to drive us a few miles to the airport so we didn’t have to uber to go rent a car! His tow truck was so clean and had so much room, I honestly couldn’t have imagined a better experience after having my car breakdown. Completely saved my entire weekend. THANK YOU TIM YOU ROCK!!

I ended up having to use this towing company through my insurance company (State Farm) and by far they have the best customer service and tow driver around!! So professional and efficient. Got my vehicle to the dealership safely and timely!! I will definitely use them again if need to in the future!! Thanks guys!!

Their communication was excellent, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them for reliable and professional service!

I drove my little car so deep n the mud, even the mud thought it was funny. I called Lake Jackson Towing and Adrian got here in less than a half hour and he knew more about what my car had in the trunk to help the situation then I did! Plus, he brought his assistant who helped lift my spirits because I was very late to work. I’d call them again in a flash. Really outstanding service.

This place is the best! I'm an elderly widow and I lost my key fob. I had to get my van towed to the dealer. It was locked. The brake was on. They came out, got my car unlocked by sending someone out with a kit to pop the lock (which took a while) then carefully loaded the van on the flatbed. They had to wait until the van was received to place it where the dealer wanted it. They did not charge anymore than their original quote which was priced lower than the other tow services I had called. The driver was so warm and kind. I would recommend Lake Jackson Towing to everyone!

They get 5 stars because they didn’t have to come out on a Sunday but they did and got my truck running. The dispatch lady was patient I will definitely recommend them. Also the guys that came were cool
