Brandon was a great salesman! He was very informative, communicated well and did not pressure us. Was also extremely patient while we discussed and tossed different ideas around. However, there was another associate there whom preferred to be not as flexible. I almost suggested to my wife that we leave and go elsewhere before we started the process. But thanks to Brandon’s willingness to make the deal, we stayed. Thank you Brandon.

My husband and I walked onto Mattress firm with just “to look” intentions. The young lady Liam who was the salesperson in the store answered our questions and was very helpful and informative without being pushy. We ultimately purchased a hybrid mattress and adjustable bed frame. Thank you Liam for being a great agent of information and providing an excellent customer experience.

Kudos to salesman Brandon, who was informed, polite, the right balance of being helpful and allowing us room to decide which was the right pick for us. We are so pleased with the sales experience and look forward to the fast delivery, scheduled for two days after our purchase.

I had an excellent experience at Capital Discount Bedding. The customer service was exceptional and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of the top mattress brands at reasonable prices. They also have "like new" previously owned mattresses in storage available for a fraction of the price. They made my mattress buying experience very easy and enjoyable.

Friendly shop owner is very knowledgeable and offers fair prices. She gave us a great deal and made the whole experience very easy. Always happy to support local small businesses.

We had a great experience! We have been in need of a new mattress for a while. As we were out and about we decided to stop by the Sleep Number store and try out some mattresses. Our Salesperson, Taylor, was amazing! She really took her time and showed us all the choices and explained the differences in each. We left and went to another mattress store, but nothing there seemed to be the right thing. Taylor reached out to us later that day with an offer that was just too good to pass up. Can’t wait to get the mattress and start sleeping better! Thanks Taylor and Sleep Number.

I had a wonderful experience with Austin who went above & beyond to cater my needs. He was so impressive that he was patient with me as I explained what I wanted on Tuesday & was kind enough to return my call after hours when I had to call back after leaving work. I went in before my appointment & he was still pleasant & ensured that I left happy. The manager Taylor was also very helpful & pleasant. Please keep up the great job guys & continue serving more customers. You rock !

Great experience. Taylor was wonderful to work with. She was knowledgeable and helpful. Not pushy sales pitches or BS which made me happy. Have had the bed for 2 weeks now and LOVE it. The 360 is the way to go. We went on a cruise and hated it because we wanted to be back in our bed, if that says anything at all.
