Friendly and informative people work here. I brought my car In for an estimate and then for repair. From Joel to Nicki, David and the people who helped in the repair, everyone was great. I was kept informed the whole way (both cost and time to repair) and they worked hard to get my vehicle back to me when promised. It is worth the 70 miles drive to bring your vehicle in here for repair.

These guys did a amazing job on my car after a lawnmower flung something at my door and put a big dent in it. Looks better than new and Joel(hopefully spelled right) was a huge help and gave me a bunch of updates. I recommend them for any tesla body work, honestly i couldnt be happier thanks again.

Fantastic service from these guys, good work honest and very communicative. Got my wife’s car in and out in three days fixing two dents and multiple to the metal scratches. Matt Nikki and the manger David are phenomenal along with the rest of the team. I’d trust them with any and all body work.

This place is great. They did great work and above all this place knows customer service. I had some special considerations come up in drop off and then pick up and they were so accommodating. I was waiting on the lobby on my initial visit and had a chance to listen to how they dealt with customers and it was apparent they treat everyone this way. I don't know pricing for these services but to me it seemed in the back park of what I was expecting. My vehicle was even ready early.

My experience at Gerber on the Parkway was exceptional. The entire team, from the initial manager I met with to the meticulous estimator who included all necessary hitch adapters, provided outstanding service. Ms. Ty, at the front desk, was particularly impressive. Her exceptional customer service skills would be a valuable asset to any service facility. Additionally, my vehicle was finished ahead of schedule. I am extremely pleased with my experience.

We are very satisfied with our experience. Staff was very professional. Our repair was done on time and in a quality manner. We especially want to thank Ty for going the extra mile for us with the customer service she provided.
