I went in because I thought I needed brakes due to some squeaking. They did a break inspection for a reasonable price and it ended up I didn’t need them yet. This shop is phenomenal though because it would have been easy for them to tell me I needed new ones and charge me for a service I didn’t need. They have GREAT customer service from appt to follow up! I would recommend them to ANYONE I know and will be back for sure. They even had a shuttle that not only dropped me at home, but came back and got me! Phenomenal Business!!!!! Thanks In-Motion!!

I normally don’t write reviews but my experience here was amazing. The staff was kind and informative. The auto review was detailed. They even sent me a gift card for a near by restaurant afterwards. They have a service to take you home or to work if your car is getting repaired and will drop your car off anywhere in your in Lincoln. I will continue to go to this auto care it has been the most pleasant auto care experience I’ve been to and my car is fixed!!

inMOTION really went above and beyond for my car. They were honest with me, and they didn’t try to pressure me into getting any work done that I didn’t want. It meant so much to me that they were willing to get my car in quick, and they both picked up and delivered my car back to me!! I will absolutely go back to them for future visits as long as I am in Lincoln.
