An unusual circumstance as to how and why we got to S&S, but here’s what happened. Helping move our daughter out of her apt in Chattanooga and back to Wisconsin. We flew one way, rented a car to get to Chattanooga, and in advance, had my daughter’s vehicle lined up for the trip home. Once we confirmed it wouldn’t start, we called S&S (reviews were good) and had them tow the car into their shop. They got the car on a Wednesday, had it evaluated on Thursday and repairs completed on Friday. We picked the car up at midnight last night and are about ready to load up and make the trip back to Wisconsin. The car is running great. They recommended fixing what was important to make a road trip, but identified a few other things that could be done in the near future. Good communication, good follow through, and excellent work on the car. I’d highly recommend them.

S&S Auto Repair was very easy to work with. I was able to drop my car off within 24 hours of speaking to them and they had my issue resolved the next day. Every staff member from the office staff to the mechanic were wonderful to interact with. We will absolutely bring our vehicles back in the future.

My service writer was Tony and he was very transparent and respectful of my time. They serviced my vehicle with OEM seals which is a huge plus and they have a online customer portal that you can use to see what’s going on with your vehicle where as most shops will eat up your time playing phone tag to give you the same info verbally.
