I had an extraordinary experience at Urban Autocare in Wheat Ridge. I had just lost my job when my car broke down, and I was in a really tough financial situation. I decided to go to Urban Autocare because it was the closest repair shop. Jeremy was very compassionate and understanding. He took the time to listen to my concerns, and went above and beyond to help me out in any way he could. I am extremely grateful for his help. I highly recommend Urban Autocare for anyone in need of car repairs. The exceptional customer service and expertise of their staff truly sets them apart from other shops in the area.

The front office people are always so friendly and ready to help. We fully encourage our friends to take their cars to them when the need arises.
