We were extremely satisfied with our Zerorez experience. Joshua was very professional, friendly, a did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets, tile, and furniture. He was very thorough and made sure we were satisfied with our experience. We would definitely recommend.

Just got our carpet cleaned today, the carpets look like new. They did a great job cleaning them and got a few stubborn stains out! The person I was dealing with was very commutative and stayed till I was satisfied. He was very nice. I would recommend to a friend and I will use again.

Jacob was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional while being kind. Jacob did a wonderful job cleaning my sofa. I found the on line scheduling easy and convenient, was notified when he was about 30 min from my house, and the company had easy on line payment. Great experience.

Safe n soft did a great job on cleaning the carpets at the place we were moving into and the house we were moving out of. Friendly staff. Easy to work with. We had to change dates a couple of times and it was never a problem. Would recommend them and use them again.

My experience with Safe and Soft was nothing short of complete professionalism. The communication every step of the way was exceptional. The owners and staff were friendly, honest, accommodating and patient. They answered calls and if they weren't able to they would call back readily. They stretched the carpet as well and when they finished I was really happy with the entire experience. Their pricing was reasonable and fair. I would definitely use them again.

These guys are good! Easy and pleasant to work with and the carpets came out much better than I would ever have believed.

So easy to work with, very nice employees/owners and very accommodating! The carpet turned out amazing! Sadly our rug had not been cleaned in 5+ years and it looks brand new! We have more rugs we will be taking to them. Highly recommend!

They came the same day that I called them. Cleaned the bedroom rug help me to move furniture. In addition, they took care of the couch two chairs and six table chairs. Excellent job and I would recommend them.

Did great job cleaning my rugs. Picked up and delivered them back. Very polite and efficient. Rugs done quickly. Will use again and recommend to anyone who has rugs to be cleaned.
