WESTERN HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING REVIEWS

Donald and Trinity came out today 01/07/25 we think possibly a power surge knocked the igniter out on our gas furnace. Not to worry the Western duo had us diagnosed + back up and running nearly immediately. The house hardly a chance to cool off and we were back to our comfortable seventy degrees in no time. We would recommend Western Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone looking for such an expert and dependable response. Thanks so very much!

Great service and value! WH&AC replaced my air conditioning unit as my old one was on its last leg. The project manager was very clear about the work and answered all of my questions without any of the fluff and salesmanship I got from the other guys. I really appreciated how transparent he was with the quote and good communication. The guys were very thorough with the job, they replaced some drain lines that were just going straight into my crawlspace and rerouted them to the garden. Unit runs great, will update after the summer!

Travis (and Adrian) did a fantastic job. Both were very professional, they communicated with us very well to ensure we understood the new system and thermostat, and Travis did such a great job in a clean installation. He had to cut into our wall to install a 5 inch filter system and it looks great. All we need to do is trim it out. We are so happy with his work! We’d highly recommend Western Heating to others!

RIGHT NOW HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING REVIEWS

Furnace and Air Conditioner, Right now Heating and Air Conditioning technicians arrived on time, began work immediately, completed it timely and as expected. Two technicians arrived, one had to leave, another arrived without work stoppage. All of the technicians were excellent customer service folks. When the work was finished they cleaned up the workplace and left nothing for me to do. The lead technician walked me around the products and explained how to use them and who to call when I needed some help. They also told me that a government inspector would come by to complete permit inspection. in short (bet y’all can’t believe that) I am impressed with the installers, the sales person and Right Now Heating And Air Conditioning. I am recommending them, and I will continue to use them to my advantage.

Brian Redford was a great help in the office and setting me up for same day repair on my furnace. Matt the technician was awesome. He went through my whole furnace to make sure things were good. Matt replaced a part on my furnace and now works. Matt was very polite and nice and very knowledgeable. Thank you both for doing a great job.

Cash came to install our new water heater and did an excellent job of explaining the whole process to us. He was very friendly and professional and was respectful of our home. When he finished the installation he did a great job of cleaning up. I highly recommend this company.

I had Viktor from Diamond Heading and Air perform my semi- annual maintenance on my HVAC system. Here was polite and very professional and showed me picture test results of my capacitor which indicated that it should be replaced. He informed me that he had one in his truck and promptly replaced it. I'm 100% satisfied with the company and all the employees I've met over the past six years.

Caden was our technician today. Did a fabulous job. Took his time, explained everything. Very professional and no pressure!! This is why we use Diamond Heating, Cooling Plumbing and Electric for all our home needs!!
