This pest control company is a class act company. They have the knowledge to preform pest control services through out treasure valley. The service people are very professional and very good conversational with us clients. The company must be well ran by the owners because the service techs are happy with their job. A happy service tech makes a great service tech for there customers.

Vertex is amazing! They have taken great care of us. ANY time there are bugs we see they will come take care of them. They are flexible with scheduling. Very professional and friendly customer service with both the technicians and the customer service staff. I am a customer for life!

Cody did an amazing job on our property. He was very professional and very precise. Giving information on our pest problem with an understanding of the products he used. He was knowledgeable and super kind. I would recommend Cody to anybody I know that has pest problems and need them taken care of immediately.

John is the best. I feel like there’s always something new I have to ask or some annoying thing in the backyard he has to deal with, and he’s just so nice and remembers to ask about if the pesky wasps are back (we’ve had a lot of wasps). When he calls to let me know he’s an hour or so out, I’m in a better mood after the call. Puts some pep in my step. Anyway, no bug issues after our regular service, so everything is taken care of there. John better get his $5 dollars for this.

I had a great experience with Blake from Orkin Pest Control. He was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. Blake took the time to thoroughly inspect our home, explain the treatment process, and answer all of our questions with patience and clarity. He made sure we felt comfortable and confident in the service being provided. Since his visit, we’ve noticed a significant improvement. Highly recommend Blake for anyone needing reliable and thorough pest control!

John was wonderful! Very punctual which I appreciate. He was very respectful that I had a baby sleeping in the house and kept quiet. He did a wonderful and thorough job. I also appreciated that he talked me through his process before and after. Highly recommend John and Orkin!

Javin stopped in for our regular pest control service and he was great! We talked about where the wasps typically come and he checked it over and took care of any nests that were forming, also helped out with a mouse problem in our detached shed. Every service we've had with them has been amazing, always very professional, and no pests in our house!

Everyone I’ve interacted with at Owyhee Environmental has been super nice, helpful and respectful. Their products have done a great job keeping bugs and flying insects out of my yard and house. Great local company and would recommend! Bonus: who wouldn’t want a cute guy with a great mustache spraying bugs at your house.

Service has always been exemplary. They are professional and considerate. We have expanded our service when mouse droppings were discovered by our garage. We have never had an issue. They are a small local business and we like supporting them. Our tech today was Jacob and he is awesome.
