Years ago when I first built my PC I had issues with a used graphics card that I purchased online. I needed to get "a professional" to deem it useless before I could get a refund. Not only did they help me out by giving me a write up as to why the card was useless but sold me a nice 2060 that has worked flawlessly since then. Fast forward a few years and moving away from Boise, I found I was unable to get my PC to update to windows 11 and was having some issues with it just being bogged down and not performing as well. I remembered how well they treated me and decided the two hour drive to have them take a look would be worth it. They once again went above and beyond to help me out. They gave my PC a good clean inside and out, updated me to windows 11, and removed some software that I could NOT get rid of. All of which was done at a reasonable price that didn't break the bank. They also gave me some suggestions on how I could improve my performance with upgrades in the future without being pushy! Which is why I will continue to make the drive anytime I need help with my PC! 10/10 customer service.

I brought in an on-desk computer box that my son bought me 2 months prior and found out it had basically overheated from leaving it on overnight. James helped me choose another, better, box which I purchased. He tried to get my data off the fried one but it was not possible. He was a friendly, informative person and totally honest and transparent. I ended up upgrading to a better one from here and am happy with my purchase and the service.

Extremely knowledgeable and in the know with PC gaming. Bought a PC made by Arma Power PC fulfilled through Boise Computer Depot and am very happy with it. The people who work there are friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Highly recommend.

I had procrastinated getting my laptop fixed for awhile. When I finally contacted Steve, he got right back with me. From dropping off my computer to picking it up all back to normal, it was a 24 hour turnaround. He explained exactly what he did to make it right. He even processed how my laptop should be set for optimal battery use. I cannot recommend Steve enough. If you have a computer issue, please contact him. You will be glad you did. Thanks Steve.

Steve was a life saver! I was unsure what to do about my broken laptop, and he corresponded with me over email, answering all of my questions and giving me an honest quote. I dropped my laptop off to him and he was finished with it the same day! And the cost ended up being even less than I expected. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommend.

Excellent work! He works fast (fixed my laptop in 24 hrs), and the price was beyond affordable! I wish other shops were like this! I won’t let anyone touch my computers, but him! I have nothing, but great things to say.
