He offered great service, was upfront and honest about my phones issues (more than I anticipated) and then jumped in a problem solved them all . I thought I'd need to drop off and come back but he chatted with me and I got to watch him make the repair. The entire process was great. I appreciate the honesty and the fair pricing

Misled me a bit about pricing. I called to ask how much a repair for iPhone X screen and they told me it “starts at $109.” There was an installation fee on top of that for $20. I drove across town instead of a location near me for the same pricing. Obviously I need it installed…that’s part of repair. I understand that not all phone repairs are created equal but just be upfront so someone knows what to expect to pay.
I had brought my phone to another cell repair service in Boise and they weren't able to fix my phone. I then brought the phone to FixitPro and they were able to fix my phone within 1-2 minutes!!! The people here are super professional and nice. Would highly recommend.
It says they open at 11, but there took me in at 10:40! I broke my iPhone over the weekend and they fixed it for me in less that half an hour. They also gave me a sweet deal on a glass protector. Very friendly and professional. I will definitely be back here for all my future repair needs! Thank you guys!

Verizon wasn't able to solve my problem, so they sent me to 360 Wireless. I am forever grateful. The phone had gone through a complete cycle in the clothes washer. The service rep went to work, drained the moisture, replaced one part and restored the phone. For $40 I had a new phone. Thank you 360 Wireless!
