Helped us out big time! While cleaning, an employee noticed a leak in our roof. She quickly notified us in the middle of the night. But that’s not all. She went way above and beyond by cleaning the mess, setting up trash cans and buckets to collect what she could, and moved some equipment that could have been damaged by the leak all before we could arrive and respond to the situation. Really went the extra mile! Very impressed!

Our company refers all our hard floor maitenance and post construction clean up to Pro Power Clean. They have provided a large amount of staff at a moment's notice to follow through on several projects and taken some of our pickiest customers and made them happy. Our party arrived at the Alavita Italian restaurant a little early and had to wait out in the entry where a 3 person VanGuard crew was cleaning the floors. We were happy to move aside and had some fun conversations with them and noticed what a nice job they were doing. We were called into the restaurant and were already eating when one of the men found me to return the sunglasses I had inadvertently left on a bench in their cleaning area. They were new, quite expensive sunglasses..a gift..and I was just so pleased that he made the effort to find me. Very impressive crew, for sure.
