Excellent! Extremely thorough job getting the living room clean. I really needed a good company to get the cat urine & odor out of the carpet. Really happy with how everything turned out.

Our carpet looks like brand new! Thank you Zerorez for giving new life to our carpet, and our area rugs! Augi (technician) was outstanding. He took time to explain the entire process before he started. He worked tirelessly from the time he started to the time he finished.

Our technician, Serik Baldwin, did a wonderful job on my carpets! He is courteous, hard working and an excellent communicator! Serik, has a positive attitude and pays attention to details! He listens to your concerns and takes notes! Great customer service.

AJ’s crew, Dalton and Harold did an excellent job cleaning my carpets! They were on time, communicated well, carpets look and smell fantastic, and they cleaned up when they were done. Very impressed, we will be returning customers for all our carpet cleaning needs.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Great communication from the quote to scheduling and the day of. The team arrived early Saturday morning and was done with our haul including removing our broken sofa bed in record time. Price was competitive.

Ashton and Dalton came and cleaned my carpets today. They gave me no issues adding on 2 rooms that I found spots in. Amazing service! Great hard workers and it smells amazing in my house! Super polite and respectful. Would use them again! All the spots and stains are gone.
