Obviously, getting a professional home inspection isn't something you do everyday. Mescher made this a simple, painless experience. My inspector was friendly, and professional. The resulting report easy understand. He answered all of my questions, took an extra look at things I was concerned about, and of course pictures of those hard to access places I didn't want to get into. I was surprised at how thorough the inspection was, a great value. This inspection was part of a real estate home purchase, and not only would I use them again, I may actually have them come out every few years to inspect my home to make sure maintenance needs are spotted in a timely fashion. I am of an age where getting into attics, crawl spaces, and up ladders isn't easy for me.
