We worked with Chris to have our future home inspected. He was very thorough and willing to talk us through everything. We were very happy to have worked with him. A week later, we ended up needing a second opinion on our current home and with short notice, Chuck came to look at our home. He was also wonderful and talked us through it. Chris Wiemann was the individual who came to do the inspection on our house. He did a phenomenal job! He was very thorough and answered all our questions. At the time of the inspection my wife and I were living out of state. That wasn't an issue at all. He FaceTimed with me to go over all the concerning issues and to answer questions that we had. Chris is very knowledgeable and very personable. I'd definitely recommend him to anybody who needs to get a home inspection done.

We had Chris do our initial house inspection, blue tape walk through and our 1 year warranty and he has always done an amazing job! He is very thorough and willing to explain anything we had questions on. As first time homeowners he gave us all the ins and outs about what to look for and normal house maintenance. Ben was great to work with. He was patient, personable, and professional. He walked us through what he was doing for our home inspection and answered all of our questions. This was helpful for us and he was very quick to get our report to us. We would use this company again and would recommend!

My fiancé and I met the owner, Andrew, at the home we were interested in purchasing. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional from the beginning to the end of the inspection. Far and away the best inspector in central Iowa. Dan was friendly, prompt, responsive, deeply knowledgeable, and just seemingly a really good dude. He took extra time during the inspection to give maintenance tips, explain issues and why they're important, offer insight into home improvements, and even gave great tool recommendations! I will insist that everyone I know use his services going forward. Thanks Dan!
