I had a mess of a situation with my old computer and transferring data to the new one I had purchased. OGeeks was conscientious and communicated throughout the process of resolving my issues. My new computer is up and running, and I was able to quickly get back to work. OGeeks was affordable and delivered.

Brought all the family phones in for a screen replacement on one and screen protectors on the rest. Reasonable on cost. He was fast and very skilled amazing job with zero bubbles or imperfections I was very impressed.

These guys are fantastic to work with, My go-to repair guys from now on. I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend you give them a call if needed. I have had them out to my house now two different times, Justus came out the first time and ended up putting a hard drive in my laptop, and most recently Dan Bailey (owner) was out because I was having problems with my Brother printer being offline and I had tried everything that I had Googled or watched on YouTube and I couldn't get it to go. Dan and Justus were super easy to work with and I really liked both of them. Obviously you can tell, they do make house calls. Again CALL THEM FIRST.

We had a great experience with Dan coming to our office to help set up our computer needs. He went beyond our expectations. He not only did what we had asked but educated us on other things that we can be using and what may be helpful for our business. Very personal and approachable. Highly recommend.

This was my first experience with Iowa PC Services, Inc. Frustrated with very slow internet service we contacted Dan Bailey who came out, analyzed the problem and in two hours our computer was working so much better. Highly become Dymin for PC diagnosis and repair issues. i had the 30 minute tech service. Jager fixed issue immediately and i had remaining time to ask other technical questions. not certain if there are other places in the DM area that are this responsive to fixing pc issues or at least giving you a diagnosis in 24 hours. great customer service.

Took my computer in today and had an outstanding experience thanks to Jagger who worked with me like a pro and fixed me up in no time. Great job. I highly recommend them.
