Mike K. was extremely kind and helpful. He helped identify my problems and explained them so it was easy for me to understand. He put together a few different options for how to proceed but was not pushy at all. There was also no hidden costs or surprises for extra fees, which I know isn’t the case for all companies. He took his time and I could tell he really wanted what’s best for me and not trying to get as much money out of me as possible. I really trust Service Legends and they are lucky to have Mike on their team.

From scheduling the appointment to having the tech in our home doing the work, Service Legends was great to work with! Lost power on Easter Sunday in my garage. It was pouring rain outside and we were under a tornado watch with my garage open. I did not want to manually shut it as I was afraid of getting it back open to go to work in the morning. We also had just put lots of Easter leftovers in the garage fridge which now had no power to it. Called Lazer and within 15 minutes my power was restored. They were fast, friendly, and reliable. The price was also unbeatable. They even showed me what to do if it happens again in the future! So thankful that they were able to respond so quickly.

Sam came for a maintenance check on our home’s electrical inner workings and was excellent in both what he noticed and how he explained what might/will need to be done. He even took the time to draw a sketch to help me better understand why our single electric panel was not going to cut it anymore. I was impressed by both his manners and his solid communication skills.
