I was impressed with how well the Iles team helped me navigate the funeral planning process. John Wild was extremely helpful. He let me go at the pace I needed to during a difficult time. He listened well, explained things well, and made sure he put some unique elements in place to make it special for our family. It felt very customized and not cookie cutter. I found John to be professional and empathetic. I was also impressed by the teamwork within the Iles staff. I would highly recommend Iles to anyone.

My father-in-law recently passed and had previously made his arrangements with Iles Westover. As his only person left, I had contact with them both before and after his death and they did a great job under difficult circumstances which are always difficult.They quickly took care of all the details, answering all questions along the way. I found their support very thoughtful and sensitive.

We were so pleased with the service we got from Isles Westover. Working with Amy made this smooth & manageable. The choices were made easy, the comfort was amazing & the help they provided was unbelievable. When put in a situation that you never want to be in, they made everything so much better. Hugs to everyone who was involved with making my Hubbys funeral beautiful. I would recommend these guys to everyone!!!

Not only did Donna go over and beyond to help me and my family she and her staff were like family to us throughout the entire process, they didn’t rush us, they didn’t overbear us with details that are meaningless, they didn’t treat us like a check WHAT they did do is love on us! They showed compassion, they left Church and opened the doors for us to view my son one last time after the funeral was over, they allowed me to be a part of every reasonable process a civilian is able to experience in this industry in regards to our son AND the way they had my son looking was AWESOME! People are still complimenting them about the superb job they did for the celebration of life for my son. Thank you Henderson’s!!!!

Donna is one of the most genuine people I have ever met. You can tell from the moment you come in contact with her, you and your family will be taken care of. I would recommend her to anyone in need of her services!

My dad passed away on August 2nd at home. The two men that came to transfer him were both incredibly kind and respectful as it was very hard for my family, especially my mom to let him go. They allowed us time to say our goodbyes and allow even his grandchildren to say their goodbyes without making us feel rushed. The next day when we went to sign all the paperwork and say our final goodbyes before he was cremated everyone was so kind and sympathetic. They gave us as much time as we needed and the woman that works there even printed off several photos of his family to be cremated with him so he’d always know how loved he is. I wish I knew their names but with so much going on and all the emotions I unfortunately don’t remember, however I’m so thankful for their kindness and time they spent with my family and allowed us to have. The day we got my dads ashes back they also filled jewelry and a small urn with his ashes. I hope to never have to use them again, however I would always pick them to care for my loved ones again.

I recently had the privilege of working with Cierra at Hamilton’s and I cannot express enough gratitude for her services during that difficult time. From our initial contact, Cierra demonstrated compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail. Her coordination made my grandpa’s farewell a beautiful and memorable occasion. I highly recommend Hamilton’s services to anyone in need of compassionate and professional funeral care.

Our little baby passed very sadly away. Hamilton's made going through the process of making final arrangements as pleasant as I could have possibly imagined. Everyone was sympathetic and kind and professional. They truly made a tragic situation less stressful to my whole family. They truly have a gift and I would highly recommend them. God bless them all. And RIP baby Harper girl. We will see you again
