Allen Rapid Dry Carpet Cleaning and Rug Spa

Great service! They were quick, friendly, and did a fanastic job cleaning the carpet. The owners are a Husband and Wife team and they were a pleasure to work with. I had met Allen 3 years ago when I asked for a quote to clean the carpets (very large living space) and he was very honest and told me that he didnt want to waste my money, as the carpet needed to be replaced. I found him to be professional, friendly, down to earth, and overall had a great sense of humor. He left a great impression that this is a company you can trust. Fast forward to last week... I remembered him and contacted them for cleaning the carpet in a bedroom. I booked online, got a call to go over the details and confirm, and was scheduled within a reasonable time. The person who helped us was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. The carpet smells and looks fantastic!

This was my first time using Allen Rapid Dry to clean my carpets. They were outstanding from first point of contact, they were professional, responsive and friendly. My carpets came out great! I would definitely recommend and will use them again!
