From the very first phone call, answered pleasantly, and professionally, to the two gentlemen who arrive promptly at my home to take my rugs in for cleaning and then returned them back when promised looking absolutely beautiful and repairs made as needed, to the added time that they spent making sure the rugs had not a wrinkle and were appropriately placed in the room (right down to measuring with a tape measure to make sure they were even!) I found this an elite service, and one I will certainly use again!

Carr's Rug Cleaning is the best carpet cleaning experience we have ever had! They were very professional, showed up on time, and did a wonderful job removing some pet stains for us! Our 20 year old carpets looked brand new when they were done. Would highly recommend!

They took all of my porch cushions for a great cleaning. Also picked up a small rug from the porch. Communicated arrival times, arranged for my convenience. Always friendly and professional. Have used them for rugs and upholstery in the past. Recommend them to everyone!
