Steam Master Cleaning and Restoration

We had a great experience with Scott from steam master cleaning. He did the pet level II treatment on our toddler room and master bedroom. We have two older dogs with incontinence issues and I thought we would never get the smell out. But after Scott cleaned the rooms, the smell is gone and the carpet looks new! He did a fantastic job and far exceeded my expectations. The rooms are pleasant again, smell great, and look like new. He was also very friendly and went out of his way to make sure we were happy. I highly recommend him and the company and plan to request him back specifically when we clean our carpets again. The pictures I added are before and after of both rooms.

Just had two of my bedroom carpets cleaned by Luis T. and couldn’t be happier with the results! I got the basic package + sanitizer and my carpets look and smell amazing. Luis was punctual, professional and took his time explaining all of the available options along with his recommendations. The work he did went above and beyond my expectations, all in 1 hours’ time. I will definitely be returning for my future cleaning needs.

We have used this company several times in the past and always pleased. Fernando cleaned our carpets today and did a super job. He called to let me know that he was on his way, offered me different options and services, was quick and did a great job. He let me know how best to dry and how long to wait so they are thoroughly dried. Good price and good quality!! We'll use again next year.
