We love zerorez! We’ve used them a few times. Most recently, Joshua came and cleaned our carpets and did such a great job! He was professional, very thorough and really knew his stuff! He offered tips for pet accidents and getting them up at home in between professional cleanings. Good employees are hard to find and I was grateful.
Our technician was very conscientious about his work and enjoyed doing a great job. He answered all questions, was very polite and amicable and hard working to get the job done well. We would hope to get him the next time we have some carpets cleaned. Thanks.
