Zerorez is the absolute best! Everytime I have called to schedule, the staff is always so pleasant, courteous and accommodating. My technician Justin was amazing! He called me to ask if it was okay to arrive earlier than expected. He assured me if it wasn't good, he would be happy to wait til our scheduled time. When he got here, I walked him through and showed him some stains I thought he might not be able to get out. My dog had vomited in several spots and we used several different things to try and get it out ourselves including a carpet spray so I thought for sure they wouldn't come out. Justin was able to get every one of them out with no problem without having to use any special treatment. I was truly amazed and just so thrilled! My carpets looks so good! Justin was such a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be requesting him again! If you haven't used Zerorez yet, you really need to call them. Oh, and their prices are fantastic! I used a valpack coupon and got 3 rooms and a free hallway for only $119. Thank you Zerorez!!

We hired this company to remove a stain for one of our valued customers. Alton, the technician from Zerorez, was very professional and respectful of the home and owner. Alton kept in contact with our business before and after the cleaning. Gaby called us once complete for payment and made the whole process stress-free. They do a spot check before they start the clean to ensure they are comfortable in removing the stain. Once they are sure, they proceed with the cleaning. If they feel they cannot remove the stain, there is no charge. This showed our company they have confidence in their work. They were able to remove the stain and we have a very happy customer. Justin was very nice and professional. He took his time on explaining the process and how to care for my carpets afterwards. I could tell he really likes his job and takes pride in his work.
