Josh was very friendly and personable. He arrived on time and was very informative. I was amazed at how much cleaner and fluffier the carpet looked afterward (even compared to other cleaners we’ve used in the area). We are a very busy family with three kids and a dog. Even after pre-vacuuming, their machines pulled out so much dirt and dog hair. We will definitely be using zerorez again!

They did a great job! Our living room carpet is 15 years old and it looks brand new! They don't use harsh chemicals, so no residue is left behind! Josh was on time, very nice, and very professorial!
