EXTRA SPACE STORAGE GRAND RAPIDS REVIEWS

Sonya, the store manager, was extremely nice. She verified my pin worked, gave me directions to my unit so I did not have to find it myself, my unit was very clean when I first got to it. The price is amazing for the size I needed (5" x 5"). If I ever need another storage unit, I would definitely come back to this one.

I love this place for storage cheap, very spaceful and clean I recommend 1000 The Store Manager Sonya H is so nice and friendly Great Spirit and vibes all the time thank youuu.

Have bought 3 units at this facility in last few weeks. Very easy to deal with and willing to help any way they can.

I want to say thank you to Jenny and her wonderful customer service through the months that I used Devon self storage. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient. I found the facility to be immaculately clean and safe at all times. The facility was also super easy to use. Sometimes using a storage facility means that your life has been changed in someway and that can come with challenges. Finding a safe place for me to store my things for a short period of time was super easy with Jenny. Thank you!.

The whole experience was perfect from the beginning to the move in! The facility was extremely clean, accessible and safe! Jen was amazing with showing me the different sizes of the units and was very helpful! I am very happy I chose Devon Self Storage.
