Technician Robert and his partner (I apologize for forgetting his name) demonstrated a level of professionalism that restored my faith in in-home appliance service repair etiquette and respect for property. They both came with shoe covers without being asked and kept us informed every step of the way. I highly recommend this company for all of your appliance needs.

This is the second time I’ve turned to you all. Each time I’ve been impressed by the person who visited my house, and my appliances. In each case they’re integrity made it hard to imagine having any other appliance fixer out.

Mr. Appliance and Austin showed up the day of my service call to fix my washing machine. He was professional and diagnosed the problem quickly and had the fix in place within the hour. Thank you for a great job.

Simon is one of the best repair guys I've ever met. So polite and extremely nice!! He knew what the problem was right away, and Simon fixed our washer in a matter of minutes!!!! Simon is the ninja of the Sears repair world!!!! I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

stephan came in and had the problem with my washer diagnosed quicker than a NASCAR tire change. popped the belt on and told me the possible options going forward. his insights on new washers was appreciated.....thanks a lot and will use again....although I hope not.

The AI updates were not always clear and received multiple notices with the same content. Simon was great.

an unfortunate experience with another repair service that involved multiple incorrect diagnoses of the problem with my fridge over the course of about a month. After it was clear that I needed to seek another opinion, I was thankfully able to schedule an appointment with Apex within a few days. Rather than trying to sell me on a repair, they informed me that my fridge was failing and would cost over $1000 to fix. They recommended buying a new unit, which I promptly did that day. It was installed the following day, and I was happy to close the saga with my fridge and move on with my life. What's more, they didn't even charge me for the service visit. I recommend Apex highly the next time you need appliance repair.

We have used Apex a few time and both times have been beyond our expectations. The work was completed in a timely manner and the individual performing the work was very professional. The home was left as good if not better than when the repairman showed up. I have recommended Apex to others in our neighborhood and will continue to do so.
