SERVICE PROFESSOR REVIEWS

We were fortunate to have Thomas out today. Thomas was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a few plumbing issues going on and Thomas took the time to listen. We were given quotes for single jobs and a total project if we wanted everything repaired. There was no pressure to do all or any of the work today. I would definitely call Service Professor back in the future and hope that we are lucky enough to have Thomas as our technician.

We had a great experience with John Zink from Service Professor! He was incredibly professional, competent, and respectful from start to finish. He quickly diagnosed and fixed our furnace issue, explaining everything clearly along the way. It’s such a relief to have someone so knowledgeable and trustworthy working on something as important as our home heating. Highly recommend John - thank you for the outstanding service!

Josh came out and fixed our water heater with a smile. He fixed it without coming back. Awesome service. Careful of our house. Great with our cats. We highly recommend him.

GRAPIDS HOME SERVICES LLC REVIEWS

We had a clog in our main drain that was more extensive than my personal equipment could fix. I called Grand Rapids Home Services to see if they would be able to clear the drain. They were incredibly friendly, communicative, and came out when they were scheduled. The technician, Brandon, let me know he was about 20 minutes out, was congenial and had a great demeanor. Overall, excellent first interaction with this company.

Other than having to reschedule my original appointment due to the technician getting stuck at their prior customer, I have nothing but good to report. Seth was awesome! He was very polite, informative, thorough and worked efficiently. He explained his findings accompanied with detailed photos and made recommendations but was not pushy at all. I’d definitely schedule work with Grapids again!

Exceptional service by Cody with Grapids! He explained everything about my system & provided me in depth details about any questions I had. Made sure my A/C was up and running & completed my inspection with superior professionalism & excellent customer service! Ready for summer! Thank you!

VREDEVOOGD HEATING & COOLING REVIEWS

The VredevoogdHeatingCooling team was fantastic all the way from service coming on a Saturday to installing a new on demand system that serves as our boiler for radiant heat and water heater. We have a very small home that had a very dated system that was not up to code. They even removed a raccoon from our chimney and sealed up the previous venting in the chimney. Great job all the way around. Now to paint where old cabinets were!

We had friendly and professional service from John with VredevoogdHeatingCooling on our AC tuneup. He explained what he did and answered our questions. We are happy with the work that was done. A monthly payment plan was offered for a complete furnace maintenance/repair service but no ‘hard sell’ was made, which we appreciated.

They did such a good job replacing some gas lines in our house. Highly recommend them and will use them again in the future if necessary.
