Kevin is the best plumber we've ever had the pleasure of working with. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and was willing to take the time to educate us both times he's been out. He was also very quick and efficient in his work and we were back up and running in under an hour. McDonald has great crew members, awesome prices, and really amenable quoting policies. I'm happy to say they're our go-to plumbers, and it's nice that we can ask for Kevin by name. Really feels like we can say, "I know a guy."

The team from McDonalds plumbing did an excellent job replacing our electric water heater. They called ahead to give me a time window, were extremely courteous and informative and worked quickly to solve our issues. Since electric water heaters are not the norm, they called and immediately had one delivered. They recommended a few changes for better efficiency and I followed their recommendations. The job was well done and I am extremely happy. I highly recommend this team. Thank you Sean and teammate. 5 Star service!

On a recent Monday morning I woke up to water across my main floor. And water was cascading down to my basement. McDonald’s Plumbing took my call and arrived right away. The shut-off valve under my kitchen sink had blown off. And the main water shut-off had to be replaced. They made extensive repairs and provided suggestions for additional services to repair the water damage. They are knowledgeable, reliable, patient, and kind. Excellent communication.
