3 Best Painters in Grand Rapids, MI

Review of work done on our Northern Michigan vacation home, May 2025: Another great job done by Hillis! The exterior of our vacation home near Traverse City needed to be stained / re-painted. We contacted a couple of painting companies in the area but could not get comfortable with the quotes and work to be done. We were very pleased with the work Hillis did for us on our home in Grand Rapids and decided to give Nate a call to see if he would travel to handle our place in TC. Nate said that the distance would not be a problem and provided a quote that was competitive with the local companies. Nate sent a three-man crew. Bobby, Charlie and Harrison worked hard for 2.5 days and did excellent work. We highly recommend Hillis! Review of work done on our Grand Rapids home, Spring 2024: We were extremely pleased with Hillis Brothers. They painted both a few interior rooms and also the exterior of our home. From start to finish they did an excellent job. Jon and Nathan prepared a thorough quote. Their designer, Alanta, was very helpful with selecting colors. The Hillis crew did an outstanding job. All were polite and professional. We highly recommend Hillis Brothers!
