Orlando was very personable and attentive. He made sure that we understood every feature of our new system and happily made himself available for any future questions. Our installer was great too. The poor man worked so hard even in the rain installing our outside cameras. There was one camera that was not working properly and our installer made a call and had a new one brought to him within 30 minutes. He wasn’t going to leave our house until everything was working perfectly. The whole team was extremely friendly.

Elliott (Salesman) was very knowledgeable and friendly and forthright with all the details and pricing. He didn't pressure me or try any tactics to sell me the system. I'm sorry if I can't remember the installer's name, but I think it was Devlin. He was very professional and did a great job in a timely fashion. He explained fully how to operate the system and was very knowledgeable and his installation looks very nice and clean. Thanks Guys!!.
