Very happy as a first time client of Excuzine! Found via Google since I was searching for a change with the usual Filipino restos we order from so I gave it a shot and I was certainly not disappointed! Food were well-presented and packaging was on point, no leaks and trays were secured in a box specifically customized for the trays. Went for curbside pick-up but they also offer delivery. Food was definitely scrumptious! Highly recommend the Beef Kare-Kare and Pork Dinuguan matched with the Puto Espesyal (surprisingly with itlog na maalat on top plus a special treat of a yema kind of cream inside!). Miki Bihon, Lumpiang Shanghai, Kalamansi Fried Chicken and Chiken Sisig were yummy as well. Exceeded my expectations with quality and taste. Renee, the executive chef is great to work with, very professional and responsive to specific requests with food. Definitely recommended! Service and food quality is superb! Highly satisfying food and great service! Met Renee, the owner of this catering service through a friend and I would say I am grateful for having used their services from cakes to outstanding dishes. Five star catering indeed! Their food presentation was awesome, enticing and very delicious. Their service was fantastic, extremely organized and easy to work with. They are very professional in every aspect- noting down details and specifics of the event. My daughter Jez was pleased with her dessert table set up and guests flooded us with complements regarding how lovely the set up was. I have now dined in numerous events where Excuizine provided the culinary experience. My latest meal from them was extraordinary in that Chef Renee was able to accommodate a number of dietary restrictions: keto, vegetarian, peanut allergies, and others while still executing dishes to be craved and remembered. The ultimate revelation for me is her rendition of Kare-kare (a Filipino nut-based stew), which — in one event — she retrofitted this dish to fit the variety of dietary preferences I mentioned above. Her seafood options are also amazing! Overall, I recommend Excuizine and Chef Renee’s team for any of your catering needs! Great food and excellent service.
