Susan and her team were amazing! She was such a pleasure to work with and we really enjoyed her sense of humor. She made the catering experience more fun from beginning to end. We really felt she went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we wanted and she delivered the best experience. She listened to our specific needs which included people who were vegetarian and vegan and worked with all our dietary and allergy needs and delivered amazing food. The ethnic foods were very authentic and delicious. All the food was a big hit and the bartenders delivered strong and delicious mixed drinks. The presentation was beautiful, really an artwork. Service was exceptional and everyone left very stuffed and satisfied. We are still hearing rave reviews from our guests about the food. Susan even sent us home that night with samplings of all the food to enjoy later which was very appreciated. We could not thank her enough for all she did t elevate our wedding day.

We had a wonderful experience with Susan and her team at Trends Catering! We found them through our venue, Vine Hill House. Susan was organized, attentive and so helpful throughout the wedding planning process. We had a great time at Encore picking out the rentals and had a lovley tasting with her as well. Trends does a wonderful job of taking care of all of your worries on your wedding day. They know how to appropriately staff their events and deliver delicious meals. Our guests are complementing us still on our menu. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend Trends.

We hired Trends to cater our wedding at Vine Hill House in August, 2023. Our experience working with Sue and her team leading up to the big day was incredible. They were so responsive, flexible and easy to work with. We received so many compliments about the food from our guests and we basically lived off the leftovers they packed up for us for two days after the wedding and were just blown away by how fresh and high quality the food was. The penne with creamy tomato sauce and mashed potatoes were particularly popular for our carb-loving crowd! You really can't go wrong working with Trends--the food, the service the team are simply the best.

We had a dream wedding because of Pacific Connections!! First of all, Rob and his wife Chef Donna are such good people, we hit it off from our first meeting. They are incredibly professional and their food is amazing. We definitely felt that we were in good hands. All of our guests raved about our food both during and after our event. Rob also gave us lots of insights that contributed to our timeline and reduced my stress levels greatly. On the day, their team and their service skills went above and beyond, even fluffed my dress while I was waiting to make my entrance and kept me company so I wouldnt be so nervous. We couldnt have picked a better caterer for our wedding! Highly recommended.
