I don't know what Delicias means, but my translation of it is Delicious. Absolutely the best, and they are open till 3 or so? Isn't that amazing? I tried cochinita pibil, pastor and pollo and i would rate them in the same sequence, marinated pork being my favs, they need no salsa, no lemon, nothing, to make them soooo goood. And i tried torta, pork one, omgg the bread/bun has never been this fresh and refreshing. I have always seen torta's the heavy one, this torta was lite and fun must try along with cochinita pibil.

I’m from Maine. It was a culture experience. The food, the atmosphere, and the drinks! I went non alcoholic but you know when the beverages have their own menu book! Stop in bring your grandma out to lunch and try the carnitas.

Amazing tacos. They are fast and food is incredible. All you can ask. And they are open late.

El Roy’s Express Mex is easily one of the best taco trucks I’ve ever had. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and the quality was top-notch. We tried a variety of items—gorditas, tacos, and sopes—with different meats like adobada, carne asada, chicken, and chorizo, and everything was cooked to perfection. The tortillas were fresh, the meats were well-seasoned and tender, and the toppings tied everything together beautifully. Their salsas, both green and red, added the perfect kick, enhancing the flavors without overpowering them. And their pickled carrots? Absolutely delicious—crisp, tangy, and the perfect side to complement the meal. Every dish had a depth of flavor that stood out from other taco spots I’ve tried. If you’re looking for authentic, high-quality Mexican street food, this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Best shrimp tacos in town all their food is fire can’t wait for the drive thru to open up.

You can try their horchatas and agua frescas: pineapple, watermelon, hibiscus, cucumber/lime, mango, strawberry horchata, and horchata! The watermelon is seasonal so we had to get it and it was delicious! The strawberry horchata was the winner though! The staff were amazingly helpful in choosing what dishes. We had such a great experience! This really is a Sonoma County best kept secret!

Authentic Mexican Food in Santa Rosa. Delicious. Large Portions. I now know why they have great reviews!

We loved the queso tacos and the burritos. Huge portions. Great horchata. Service was super friendly.
