So glad I found Luxe. My cellphone went swimming and with multiple attempts by the tech doing CPR, we decided to pronounce it dead. Mike assisted me in getting a replacement because I did not want to buy a new I-Phone. We chose a used unlocked version I-Phone. Mike made sure it was in good working condition and transferred all my data. He even went so far as to get it completely set up and running. All through this whole process, Mike was calling me on an older phone to give me progress reports on what was happening with the CPR attempt and then the replacement. Knowledgeable and also does computer repairs which is good to know for the future. Costs were more than reasonable and I highly recommend.

Great guy. Mike definitely knows his stuff. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. He helped me with my gaming pc computer build. Great proce and great service! I highly recommend.
