The entire experience was excellent. From Marcella in the office to Cesar to Juan who managed the Painting crew, they were all great including the crew. They did an excellent job repairing the stucco, facia boards, and overall painting. I Wasn’t at my house when the Prep and Painting started. When the painters applied the sample paint colors I had chosen they didn’t look like what I imagined. Juan took pictures and showed me how they looked and worked with me to choose better colors. They came out great. The cleanup when the job was finished was excellent.

If you're looking for a company that truly partners with you, look no further. Cesar and his team are exceptional — they followed through on every promise and maintained clear communication throughout the entire project. The crew was professional and kept the workspace clean at all times. We are extremely happy with how our project turned out and highly recommend them. We're already discussing future projects and can't wait to work with them again!

UNIVERSAL PAINTING AND COATINGS REVIEWS

I contacted Universal Painting as well as two other highly-rated paint companies. Jeff, the owner, inspected the home and offered areas of concern that I had not even thought about. Although, Universal's bid was the lowest, I chose them for their integrity. Carlos and Oliver were always punctual, friendly and cleaned up each day. My home was not easy in that a 32 year old remodel included 256 individual window panes that required a lot of their time. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend Universal Painting & Coatings for any of your paint needs.

I am a very happy with the final work product from Jeff and his team. Although I just needed work on a patch, I can tell they were very thorough and it appears that way with the final product. Also, Jeff is very good about communication and coordination. I look forward to continue working with Jeff and his team on future projects.

Universal Painting was amazing. My wife and I just had our home’s exterior painted (after 20 years) by Jeff and his team of conscientious workers. It came out fantastic. The colors selected are vibrant and eye-catching. Jeff was there throughout the entire process to listen to our ideas as well as offer his professional opinion. It’s like getting a new house. I hired Horacio and his team for a small interior paint project. My intent was to give him a small job, and if he met my expectations, I would give him the entire house to repaint (2,400 ft). I could not have been more impressed. He and his team were extremely professional, very easy to work with, and always on time. I am so pleased with their excellent quality of work. I would highly recommend Horacio and his team. Finding a contractor you can trust is not an easy task. I am confident Horacio and his team will meet or exceed your expectations.

Got a great price on interior and exterior double door. His worker arrived on time, worked diligently sin parar till the job was done, like 4 hrs, and the result was immaculate. I recommend ice cave. Great color for a door apparently.
