NexGen serviced my HVAC tune-up through a promo partnership with Home Depot. It was a great deal and NexGen was very professional in every step of the process. Their team communicated well before the appointment and my technician Steve was awesome. He took his time and was very meticulous; he was very kind and considerate of my home, making sure to wear booties and clean any mess made. After the service, he made recommendations of what they can do to improve our HVAC system as suggestions but wasn’t pushy. I would recommend them and will definitely use them again. NexGen just left my house. Kevin,Josh,Alfonso Brian,Joshua and Renee all worked on solving my old cast iron plumbing problem. It was backing up all week. When they told me how much it would cost I said forget it. Then the supervisor Joshua told me the company would fix my problem for free. In this climate of economic uncertainty it is so refreshing to know there are still good people out there. I need to pay it forward now!! God Bless.

They back up their products and promises when things go well and when things need a fix. Our install crew was courteous, communicated with us throughout the install and took care to clean when finished. I had a new air conditioning system installed today. David was really great, answering all of my questions and concerns. He arranged for Louis and Diego to do the job today! It’s 7:00pm and they left a few minutes ago, having done a great job, explaining everything about the system, and cleaning up really well.
